Bayside Aquatics - New Swimmer Evaluations

If you are interested in joining our team, please fill out this form. A coach will reach out when a spot becomes available to tryout.

Minimum Requirements to join Bayside Aquatics:

• At least 6 years old
• Able to swim 25 yards of Freestyle and Backstroke
• Able to focus and follow directions in a group setting

Expectations for Evaluations: Swimmers are required to have their swimsuit, goggles, and cap (if needed) with them and be ready to swim. Coaches will evaluate each swimmer's ability based on age and swimming background.

Swimmers Transferring from another USA Swim Club

• Date of Last Competition
• Swimmer Birth Date
